We did 4 weeks on this ship, October 23rd 2023, from Istanbul to Durban, oh it was a great trip, just a shame the pyramids were cancelled, but the rest of the itinerary was awesome!
Fabulous ship one of our favourites, been on it twice now & it always wows. MSC Ships have some of the best & most glitzy interiors of any cruise line - in our opinion. In fact my picture you see on here was taken by the Photo Team on MSC Opera with a Time Magazine front cover photo shopped on! The #MSCSplendida has the most incredible Swarovski staircase in the main foyer you just must see to believe it - Incredibla!
from hamburg Germany to invergordon Scotlan, the to the orkney islands. from there to glasgow, the to dublin. then to cork, also ireland. and then back to hamburg. i did this cruise with the splendida. so maybe the splendida is coming to other ports.
Dentro la vostra nave è molto accessibile per disabili sono le vostre informazioni che non mi sono piaciute , avevo prenotato escursioni con msc dove c'era il simbolo del disabile in carrozzina ma sulla nave me le hanno disdette perche invece dovevo deambulare ma ora ditemi come può un ragazzo in carrozzina alzarsi per salire sul pullman , quindi togliete dalla mappa il simbolo della carrozzina è scrivete non accessibile per le carrozzine e cercate di dare più informazioni a riguardo bello stare sulla nave ma sarebbe altrettanto bello visitare le città
BUYER BEWARE. My son and his girlfriend are on this ship right now. After checking in on the ship in Cape Town, it sat there for two days before departing the harbor. They were then informed that the trip up to Namibia was cancelled, and they would just cruise to nowhere, not what my son paid for. He asked to get off, but they refused to let any one off. They made him fill out copious amounts of paperwork to exit the ship, and then the ship left port without letting him and many others off. Now MSC is telling him they have nothing to do with refunds, he has to speak with their insurance company. That in itself is a scam, shifting responsible of a service paid for and not delivered to an insurance company that rejects the claim because it doesn't fit their policy. Very clever ruse. Beware of this ship.

I bought a cruise on this very ship for less than a hundred pounds per person. It's affordable if you go at the right time
