    Im not trying to give you hate but every time I make a strawberry cow or anything I start amazingly and smooltly but the next row after the first color change row has too many stitches. I’m so frustrated by this because I do everything right!

    • @maicrochet103
      @maicrochet103  5 місяців тому +31

      Hi! I understand your frustration! It sounds like you're doing great at the beginning but then things get tricky after changing colors. It might be helpful to double-check your stitch count after each row. Sometimes, extra stitches sneak in without us noticing. Keep practicing and take it one step at a time.

      I made a mistake of making color changes as an extra stitch. So when it said 8 sc, cc, 8sc, for me that meant 17 stitches. Because I thought the color change is a whole separate stitch. When actually, the color change should be the last stitch of the first 8. I hope this helps if this is something you were struggling with!

    It's 12 sc in each leg, so 24 sc plus the 2 ch to make the "crotch", how do you go from that to (12sc, 2 sc in(crease?) chain 2?
    Fron round 7 to 12 is really confusing.

      Round 7: You have two legs, each with 12 stitches. For the second leg, chain 2 to connect it to the first leg. Then crochet all around, when you reach chain 2 you will put 1 sc in each chain. Total of 28 stitches
