    Stay away from religious ocd.
Even if you loose salaah one time, dont get obsessed, stay away from compulsions, try your best. Move on, pray next.
Get out of doubts, stop thinking about sins you committed always, and stay away from perfection.
Ask for forgiveness and move on. Stop judging others and your own self. Allah is the judge. Act as much more as you can.
Sahaaba said, they will not go to next aayat until they start practicing the one.
    Live atleast one surah.

Considering the attribute of Allah Al Bari, the Producer Writer, sheds light on the idea of predestined paths in the Quran. Just as a Hollywood scriptwriter crafts intricate narratives, Allah's plan involves tests and trials. Our earthly existence serves as a screenplay, with each individual playing a role in the grand narrative. The concept of hell then becomes a pivotal element, not as a predetermined destination, but as a consequence of the roles assigned to us. Through the lens of Al Bari, we can perceive life's challenges as part of a divine script, guiding us towards the ultimate destination of jannah.

Sacrifice when needed. Dont love this duniya more than aakhirat.

Also, stomach have direct connections with brain and heart. Its the digestion which impacts people's anxiety, stress and depression and many other disorders. Thinking is impacted by that, fast and slow. As per Islam, we have to also take care of our health and eat and sleep as per Islamic discipline.
Mostly, eating, sleeping habits should be in proper order and human should stick to timetable.
I have seen peoples behaviour, mood swings and eemaan are all impacted by this.
Make a lecture on maintaining health. Allah loves those who maintain their overall health and I think this is the key factor for brain, heart and other abilities not upto the mark these days.
Mood swings turning into Nifaaq and people cannot control.
I have seen people affected with hormonal/chemical imbalance these days at young age resulting in poor eemaan, not able to keep their words because their health and mood keeps changing. When they are slow, they are good and when they are fast, they are someone else.
All because of habits, addictions and indisciplined life by which is hard to be corrected once its affected deeply.
Eating habits, sleeping habits resulting in bad internal health, go hand in hand with poor eeman.
Just wanted to convey as this is one of the main root cause.
it will be very hard to get back at later stage or gain what you have lost except with the help of a miracle or bringing back discipline which requires years.
Eat half of your stomach, drink plenty of water, sleep well and then you can better obey.
People sometimes not understanding religion properly and going beyond extreme helping others, or thinking about others, loose their health and money, destroying their life and then blaming Allah, basically turning from a good into bad muslim.
We should not go to extreme in anything.
Rabbana faghfirlanaa zunoobana wa israfina amrina wa sabbit aqdaamana wansurna alal qaumil kaafireen.
This was already discussed in one of your lecture in the middle somewhere, but there is no lecture dedicatedly highlighting this.
Jiski Duniya achi uski aakhirat achi, in some context.
People going too religious and too worldly, both are bad.
We are told rabbanaa aatina fidduniya hasantoun wa fil aakhirati hasanatoun wa qina azaabannar.
Health plays a major role, do not spoil your health and become like cattle. Maintain with little food, good sleep.
Dont just keep thinking of religion all the time, instead act on it, be a practical muslim.
If you just stick to just loving religion and listening lectures all the time, but not acting on it, this will harm also.
You should be your first priority, no sacrifice for health for anything.
Do whatever you like for religion, but be in your limits, maintain balance.
Sorry for this long comment, everyone start learning and preaching at your own level, at least to one individual and please dont get extreme, always remember Hidayat is with Allah.

Stops me this evening example what Allah mention about [ٱلۡجِنِّ وَٱلۡإِنسِ]
It takes me to the first purpose to engage that Allah says and declares that
    ﴿وما خَلَقْتُ الجِنَّ والإنْسَ إلّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ﴾ ﴿ما أُرِيدُ مِنهم مِن رِزْقٍ وما أُرِيدُ أنْ يُطْعِمُونِ﴾
    I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me;
I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me.
And that's making me think that to not district to any direction to go back to my Rab as an individual journey,
And to think as an Ummah that, like said, and declared
And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."
So An'am doesn't belong to first declare
    [To be his slaves]
    Nor second
[To think big and benefit others]
So they will say in the hereafter
    ﴿ويَقُولُ الكافِرُ يا لَيْتَنِي كُنْتُ تُرابًا﴾
and the disbeliever will say, "Oh, I wish that I were dust!"
May Allah make this gathering benefit others and put Barakah in it and make our journey back to him with his guidance and his care

The only thing you need to find out is your strengths and weaknesses.
Someone may be weak, pray Allah, dua is our tool and also take necessary measures to overcome it.
We all are not same, act at your own level, the resources you have, make your nearest environment good. That is more valuable to Allah.
If you say hundred people about Allah and his deen, that is more valuable to Allah then saying the same group/person again and again, basically dont force.
Just spread the message as prophet did and some people from our wise ummah are doing.

Assalamu Alaikum, Nouman. I truly appreciate the depth of knowledge and insights you share with us about the Quran. However, I felt compelled to express my concern regarding certain remarks made in your recent lecture. While I admire your passion for encouraging long-term planning, it's important to recognize the dignity and value in all professions, regardless of their perceived status. Not everyone has the same opportunities or circumstances, and it's essential to avoid inadvertently belittling individuals with so-called 'plain' jobs. As you know, assuming that someone with a 'plain' job cannot plan for the future is a complete myth. Your words hold immense influence, and I believe it's crucial to foster inclusivity and respect for all paths in life. JazakAllah khair for your dedication to spreading knowledge, and may we all strive to uplift and empower one another. Wishing you continued success in your endeavors.

I have a very plain job and that is not what I understood from him. He made me realize that I have been a cow on autopilot just working and raising my son and making dinner. I have no actual goal and feel without purpose. Yes I serve a purpose within the family but I belive he meant a long term goal for my akhira. Everyone is different with different resources to impact. It’s not necessarily about your everyday job.

For those that are still confused or they're wondering how they've got to get to terms with this verse, then here's an example... I'll talk about 2 different souls, their creation, what they will end up doing, and their final destination. I will call these souls simply Soul 1 and Soul 2.
    Soul 1:
    Created by God.
God is All-Knowing, He knows what this soul is going to do.
This particular soul is gonna end up doing the actions of the people of Paradise.
THEREFORE, God decrees for this soul, Paradise.
    Soul 2:
    Created by God.
God is All-Knowing, He knows what this soul is going to do.
This particular soul is gonna end up doing the actions of the people of Hellfire.
THEREFORE, God decrees for this soul, Hellfire.
The Decree of Allah is ALWAYS for a reason. People end up in Hell/Paradise as a RESPONSE for what they did. No one is getting created, doomed to Hell, for no reason. That's a false and non-existant concept. So the confused people have been asking the wrong kind of question (what/who?), when they need to ask the right kind of question (why?). That is "why". It's a response. The same verse that is saying this, is the same verse explaining the "why?" as well. (The "why" being they have hearts where they don't think with, etc. etc. causing them to have Hellfire as RESPONSE; which is WHY they have been decreed to Hell).
So, in conclusion: NO ONE gets created for Hell for no reason. People are not looking at the Decree of Allah as a response.

    Isn't it that:
They are the ones who chose this path, but God knew before He created them that they would take this path, it does not mean that He did not give them the choice, the evidence, or the miracles, but God knows above all what will happen and where you and I will be and everyone, He created them to be in hell but they are the ones who took it in the end, they had the way of truth in front of them but they did not take it,
I don't know if what I said is true, but I don't see it as unclear
It's just that we don't think about this possibility because we can't make something that has a choice, but God can create anything.

Yes Qur'an is not a "book of science" and I'm not trying to make everything scientific but there seems to be neurons in heart also. And I always thought before learning this, it was about the feeling of the heart after you recieve an information but it seems linguistics and real science can be related in some ways.
"The heart's nervous system contains around 40,000 neurons, called sensory neurites (Armour, 1991). Information from the heart - including feeling sensations - is sent to the brain through several afferents." "Armour, in 1991, discovered that the heart has its "little brain" or "intrinsic cardiac nervous system." This "heart brain" is composed of approximately 40,000 neurons that are alike neurons in the brain, meaning that the heart has its own nervous system."

Cattle are easily guided. Sheep they all follow the lead of their guide. They're easily lead. They have no mind of their own. No personality. No opinion. No reasoning. Just following mindlessly.
    ساعة وساعة
Ustadh it is normal not to reflect on the ayat all the time.
    Remember the hadith of Hanthala
The prophet said, one hour duniya, one hour Akhera.
