Whenever I go to stay in any decent fancy hotel outside of northeast, the question I get asked as a northeastern is- which country are you from rather than state. 🤦♂️
It’s natural to react this way. Even Indians falter with north east people as foreigners..sometimes you feel fool about it but sometimes other persons also feel offended…Indians are in all colours but African hairstyle etc attract more attention..Africans who are staying since long enjoy this attention..but it’s really awkward feeling for new comers..or when they try to take photos or make videos…she is stating correct facts…and she is beautiful
