I noticed you kinda glossed over it... but I caught you putting the pocket holes on both ends of your one frame piece... lol. I was thinking 'wait a sec... if he is overlapping the corners...' See, I can be taught! I just have the basic entry level 320 pocket hole jig from Kreg. When the budget allows, I want to get a 520 or 720. Just picked up a used Delta benchtop planer, radial arm saw, and router table. Long story... but the price was right (one flag cross).
