Battlefront 2015 was absolutely incredible and no amount of hate will convince me otherwise. I’ve put a ridiculous amount of hours into this game over the years and the memories I’ve made will stay with me forever. It just perfectly encapsulates the magic of the original trilogy while still being a unique and fun experience. It had this level of polish that really felt like the devs put their hearts into making a quality game. I would even go as far to say it’s better than Battlefront 2 in most aspects (other than the quantity of content and the battle point system). The mechanics, gunplay, game modes, customisation, heroes, lighting, art style, UI, music etc. just everything made it so immersive and re-playable. Also, the community felt so strong back then (real ones remember Tesko249, NarwhalDave, JongoPhett etc. and all of the meme emotes like “hey you gotta do what you gotta do”). I wish it were still active today as I miss this style of live service Star Wars game. I hope if they make a Battlefront 3, it feels like this game but with more content. It will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️
I totally agree since it came out it put tons of hours in this game maybe like (from what i know out the top of my head) around 300-500+ hours. This game was so good. All the skins, emotes, blasters, custom cards etc where amazing. I played this way more even when Battlefront 2 came out. Now i do love and play Battlefront 2 a lot. I still think that BF2015 is amazing and will be one of my favourite games of all time. The DLC were also amazing. I do like the battle points system in BF2, but to be honest. The system in BF2015 where you had to pick up tokes for heroes, stars cards, ability’s, vehicle’s etc. I thought that was fun because you could all fight for those tokens.
As a fan of the og trilogy I prefer bf 2015 over bf2 2017 and also more weapons in bf so that’s a plus

I personally hated the battle points system in BF2. Heroes cost only 400 or so BP, which effectively turned every game into a hero mosh pit and completely killed immersion. The whole point of battlefront, in its origin, is to be a soldier in the star wars universe. BF1 (2015) nailed that feeling.

Had a lot of fun with this game, I absolutely loved the whole Rogue One mode, I played that whole thing over and over.
This game will always hold a special place in my heart with it being the first multiplayer game I’ve ever played.

EXACTLY when you pick up the cargo you have to time it though but you can jump-pack away if you time it right. Hope this helped. 😃

Can we get more people to play starfighter assault, I can’t even find a game
2015 battlefront got the bigger game modes going for it. The movement & star cards for basic troopers are so simple & clean, I rocked the EE4 with focus fire, jetpack & pulse cannon/bacta + bounty hunter trait to get something with every kill. My friends & I could control a whole supremacy match if there was just 5 of us, 7 was op. Plus me & my boys would terrorize the enemy team from the skies once I got an A-wing, I pretty much introduced spawn killing walkers via ramming them. & our coordination was perfect we were constantly checking the scoreboard & we’d say “fighter up” and we’d just rush the enemy spawn & kill any incoming pilot. 2017 only got HvV going for it other than that they fucked up by not taking 2015’s concept & just throwing in new characters & maps, they didn’t have to change anything. The inly thing that makes 2017’s close to 2015 is heroes unleashed which is dumb because it’s a once a year event

You can find some lobbies in 2024 on walker assault but it’s rare and some days the lobbies are full and other days it’s completely empty
bs, at least on consoles it's full all the time. Just change timezones in the settings

Do a half jump so that when you swing you can get past the block (so basically the side of the player) and as you swing your saber, pull the joystick to the side the enemy is at

Except Battlefront 2015 was never forgotten, nor dead. The servers has been active for years and I never struggled to find a match on my PS4/PS5.

It’s not a bug. I noticed that the same thing happens to me when I use the shore trooper skin. Idk I think they just forgot to add it in bcuz the scarif dlc introduced that skin was the last thing they added to the game so they probably forgot to add the cargo on ur back.

The game is far from being perfect. That said, it is still 120% better than EA Battlefront 2 for many reasons. I just wish it was still supported and getting constantly updated on PS5
