  • In this video we take a first look and review the Redcat Wendigo. This is a family friendly review of this rc rock racer and rc crawler. Is the Wendigo a rock crawler or u4rc rig? We’ll tackle that question too!

Yeah. That would be a rock bouncer because it burns rubber when its stuck but most rock bouncers have a roll cage that looks like a sand rail. However a jeep rock bouncer sounds pretty cool.
Im about to try putting monstertruck tires on a wendigo.

Great review. Honest and let's perspective buyers get a better idea of what the machines are capable of.

What type of glue did you used for the tires, something like super glue ?

Yup just normal super glue. But it’s gonna be real hard to remove the stock tires after you glue them.

Hi Ryan! yup 550 fits great! For this rig I would go with the Holmes Hobbies 8T Crawlmaster Sport or the 12t, with a hobbywing 1080! great budget build! One of my other videos shows this rig with a Hobbywing Axe 3300kv. I love that set up but I think it might be a little overkill. I swapped it into a different rig
