生物製劑，好貴，要長期打。1個月都要1萬到萬2HKD左右。7成有資格用藥既人都因為無錢，所以冇用藥。

她真的打扮很精緻，沒想到竟然有這種疾病困擾着她，希望她之後也一直能夠好起來。
我也有化膿性汗腺炎的問題，範圍雖然沒有女主這麼大，但是也跟他差不多嚴重，我會整個腫起來破掉之後會爆膿，減重是最有效的改善方式！我在一年的時間裡減掉40KG的體重之後，整個問題幾乎解決！
其實我也覺得應該是太胖了，胖到整個免疫系統、汗腺系統都失調了。感覺像是身體一直在發炎、只是用汗線表達出來
減肥一定有幫助，起碼減少活動時皮膚磨擦的程度﹗
一年減40kg也太強大

@@avachen5561 絕對的控制飲食！攝取適量澱粉，不能都不吃澱粉，食物都以原型食物為主，過度加工的食品一律不吃，要去學習哪些是隱形地雷食物，簡單舉例：例如你以為吃茄子是蔬菜很健康，但事實上茄子炒下去是熱量炸彈！買鹹酥雞買一份炸青椒，那還不如真的吃一份鹹酥雞！配合間歇性斷食，第一個月我先減了10KG，然後開始配合重量訓練。

想想如果有個惡疾纏身，分分鐘讓你無法忽視，減肥、形象什麽的根本就不是關注的焦點了好嗎
我相信曾經受過阻礙更能珍惜生活，希望這女孩解決頑疾後能更自信了

I’m so pleased for her. I don’t think people realise that this can be like a disability in terms of quality of life. I’m glad she got the treatment and that it worked so well. I wish I could see another follow up!
You’re 💯 right. It is a disability. I’ve had an autoimmune disease with my muscles and nerves for over 15 years now and no one has been able to diagnose me or really help me. The amount of pain I’m in every day. Plus not to mention the depression it puts you in. I’ve been slim my whole life til now and I’m not overweight because I eat to much because there’s days I don’t eat or usually I eat once maybe twice a day. It’s a crappy way of life and I’m so happy she got help and is doing so much better.

I'm 28 and I've suffered with HS since I was about 10 years old. Sad thing is that I never even knew that my condition had a name until I was 25. I would mention it to doctors and show them my boils and scars and they wouldn't have much to say. I had gotten so used to just dealing with the boils and abscesses that I didn't bother complaining to my mom about it so she didn't even know how much I was suffering. It wasn't until 15 years later that a doctor gave me the actual name. I hate to see people suffering from this disease but it's sort of comforting to know that I'm not dealing with it alone and finding videos like this gives me hope.
It was the same for me in terms of getting a name .. I had it since I was 17.. I was in my 40s before any one gave it a name & no one really said anything about it until I finally got in to see a Dermatologist ..he helps a little..it was actually my dentist that told me the most about my condition...

各位可能沒考慮到一個重點 就是這種疾病根本無法運動 流汗潮濕都匯導致惡化 所以運動簡直是讓這疾病惡化 當然運動是件好事 但對於患染這種病的患者根本無法正常運動

SundaysChild1966 weight doesn’t always play a part. I had it for years, not nearly to this woman’s extent, but under my arms, in my groin, etc. I was very much not over weight. Stress plays an important part. What finally changed? Menopause!! My sister had them worse than I did and she was overweight.

@@beckycrownover6014 I had to have my lymph nodes removed they were coming to the surface much like her armpits, and in my face and nose, I understand and I as well was very thin, in shape and ate right always have it's was do to my too many white blood cells. The pain is terrible it was so awful and the puss.

I have such empathy for this lady, I had a boil under my arm and just one was horrible pain, I can't imagine what she feels
I’ve had this since my teenage years but it never got truly bad until my late 40’s. I’m currently recovering from my first bout of surgery and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Just knowing that it’s not a permanent solution is enough to make you cry.

I have the same condition. It really is so painful and sometimes makes me have flu like symptoms. There are days I can hardly move because of the pain during a bad flare up. But seeing this makes me feel like I’m not alone and that I’m not some freak. 😞
I used to have really bad cystic acne. I was out on Accurane at a high dose twice and it fixed my issue finally. Have you tried Accutane as an option? My cystic was so big and painful it would literally hurt to turn my head/neck. I understand your pain and I am sorry you are dealing with this issue. I hope you find a solution 🙏
@@Megan-mm6or The only things ever suggested to me was surgery and steroids. Both had to many negatives for me. I also have PCOS which also doesn’t help my condition. I’m sure I will find the right treatment for me. I will have to see if Accurane has ever been used as a treatment for sure!
@@Lobeachbabe4ev have you considered medical tourism after covid? Oftentimes these treatments are more affordable, travel included, than even having insurance (if you live in America). My friend gets her severe eczema treated annually in South Korea.
I'm sorry for your pain. I also suffer from Hidridenitis and I've had surgery and been on all kinds of medicine. The medicine she's taking is Humira and my dermatologist has suggested it to me but I'm scared of the side effects so it's hopeful seeing this video

我经常看这个频道，很遗憾地发现，几乎80%的皮肤病患者是肥胖者，我想应该很多皮肤病跟饮食有很大关系，其实减重不需要一定运动，单是饮食控制就可以很快减重。患者为治病应该咬牙抵制食物诱惑，至少应该要做尝试不同的方式去减缓疾病的痛苦

減重是70%靠飲食，30%靠運動，我想這位病患沒有找過營養師幫忙，靠自己少吃其實效果不彰，她指出常困擾的患處，也都是易摩擦位置。減重應該可以減緩刺激發炎
沒錯。我就是靠飲食，四個月已經減了20磅，沒有運動，減掉碳水。
I’ve seen this diagnosis on a couple other people before and hers looked awful. I’m so happy she’s seeing improvements, even in small steps. She’s beautiful and shines joy when she’s feeling more confident!

I also have this skin disease. I had one six months long outbreak on my early 20s when, by the way, I was very thin. The pain was unbearable. I was suicidal at one point - due to the searing, unimaginable pain HS causes. Fortunately, I've been symptom free ever since. I cannot imagine what this woman has gone through. My symptoms were only in my armpits. She has it everywhere.
I pray you will never have another break out. I couldn’t even begin to comprehend the pain One must go through with this skin condition. Thank you for sharing your story.
How were you treated? What worked for you?
@@tham3342 all of my boils were surgically removed. I used Phisoderm as my soap for a good 10 years. It just never came back. I am very, very fortunate. My dermatologist said it probably would show back up, but it hasn't yet. I was in my early 20s then - and am in my early 60s now.

@@tham3342 I still have visible scars in and around my armpits. They kept me from swimming without a Tshirt, but considering what other people with H.T. go through, that is a tiny price to pay.
I have HS, I had most of the skin in my armpits removed. I know stick thin people who have it. Its a huge misconception that it's caused by weight, also hygiene. I feel your pain hun, keep fighting ❤

I have met this crazy beautiful woman and would never have guessed she was dealing with this disease. I am so pleased things are working well for her she really is the sweetest.
I have this and my doctor told me they can do surgery to remove some of it but that doesn’t get rid of it and I’d only have more scarring than I have now. She suggested losing weight would be the best way to help and losing weight really does help. I have a lot more weight to lose but I only have flare ups every once in a blue moon. It was, for me, at it’s worst when I was a teenager (I think due to hormones) and then when I was at my heaviest. I get her pain it’s terrible and annoying. I wish I knew so many other people dealt with this when I was younger. I always felt so alone.

I have dealt with this same issue. It is called Hidradenitis Suppurativa. There Is no cure. I have had it for 23 years. Have undergone 12 surgeries. Its very debilitating.

I've had Hidradenitis Suppurativa since I was 13... also runs in my family. I haven't been brave enough to do biologics, but after seeing her results, I may have to reconsider!
Fat Girl Keto I take the humira and it helps but it doesn’t clear it completely at least for me
I take biologics for my RA and it helps with my HS a really lot. Also turmeric and zinc and biotin help. I only get flares when I'm really stressed out now!
Honestly I don’t have this but I had a gland cyst in my nether region and it wasn’t even on the outside but the pressure from being in that location was absolutely debilitating this seems to be that times a thousand Ik what I experienced in that week if I had deal with it daily I’d take the risks if it meant being normal or at least no pain

@@jaimebaker8382 excercise really has nothing to do with it, losing weight is 90% about your food choices. I have this disease (not as bad as her) and i've been in remission for 2 years through diet alone, avoiding sugary foods and anything from the nightshade family. Didn't need to take any risky meds or go through surgery. I'm surprised the doc didn't suggest this to her as she is clearly overweight which is proven to make the condition much worse.
這疾病正確的名稱叫化膿性汗腺炎(Hidradenitis suppurativa, HS) ,
這病不是單獨發生的，是由糖尿病導致的，光治療皮膚是徒勞無功，請把糖尿病控制好才能減輕症狀。
底下有些人罵那些叫人減肥的不道德，其實減肥&胰島素控制是這病治療的關鍵。

it is a pretty painful condition I have it and it's more painful than somebody can realize mine is nowhere as severe as This Woman's was but I do get it everywhere I've actually learned that by stopping to shave my armpits (which I absolutely hate having to do) it has cut down how many I get and how bad they get I have noticed though that with this condition even though the amount of abscess I get has cut down if I even have one it gets really big to the point that I can't put my arm down all the way it's also common to have if you have polycystic ovarian syndrome also known as PCOS it is a symptom of PCOS for many people and I've noticed that many doctors dont know what it is

I had the same thing, very painful and odorous. Finally had surgery, then I got them in other areas. Being diagnosed with diabetes and taking medicine, menopause, eating better-- finally got rid of them!! Hope all goes well.

As a plus size woman, I understand. People are mean. I think that the medical profession assume it's something with bigger woman, do they ignore us, tell us to lose weight. I have friends who have had this. It smells. Under the arms is tame. In the groin is surreal. I hope she found relief.
Well in all honesty it wouldn't hurt to lose weight it would only help ya know I mean that in the nicest way possible.

I have this, mine looked worse than hers. I stopped eating gluten and it cleared up about 90%. Scars remain but I don’t get new ones much at all.

I feel for you sweetheart. I have extensive medical issues and more complications than I can count. Ten years ago when I was 32 I was given 2 years to live at the most. I've been resuscitated many times. My medical conditions are written about in worldwide medical journals and I have extreme pain like you. I just wanted to tell you a bit about my journey so that I can relate to how pain can be so debilitating to your day to day life. I believe that by telling your story you are educating so many people about HS which means that more people with HS can see that they are not alone and that non sufferers can be more understanding. I’d never heard of HS until today and now I’ve seen 2 mini documentaries, On the 1st mini doc the person found a lot of relief by using/eating turmeric/turmeric supplement daily and a Keto diet. I hope this lady finds some relief from her HS no one deserves to live in such discomfort.
Unfortunately I am not feeling hopeful because instead of curing the issue... Doctors prescribe medication to treat her symptoms! Her diet should have been the first and easiest thing to change! In the Vedas it says that. ...”the tongue is the most veracious and uncontrollable of all the senses...”! I am in agreement with that idea...!
Turmeric is anti inflammatory and so is the ketogenic diet, or she could also do fasting if the keto is not the most ideal. As long as her body is in that mode then it could work for her. Everyone's body is different but diet would help not just with that but general health.
Turmeric is good for inflammation. She's keeping it down.

Elizabeth Mish dont down play your arthritis, depending on the grade you have. I have grade 4 in both my knees and can barely walk starting at age 28. Arthritis is a horrible condition to have. I had ablazion surgery on both knees to burn the nerves that cause me pain. That has helped some.
I do feel quite horrible for this lady in the video too. Especially since it bleeds and can have multiple infections. She seems like a lovely person and I hope her treatment works for life.
She is totally stunning. I am so sorry she has suffered so long, I had a friend who had the same condition.

I got this when I was pregnant, it was mild and cream helped me but it was PAINFUL. So glad she is getting help

Makenna Elzbeck I’ve had a cyst before on the back of my leg right under the crease of my buttock. I couldn’t even sit. It turned into cellulitis. I can only imagine the pain that this condition causes. I’m sure it’s way worse than just a cyst.
