But this amazing performance shows you only a fraction of what he can do. There are so many sides to him and so many genres that he covers: he is said to have 148 personalities... His artistic vision is limitless: his concerts (called Mars concerts) are probably the most spectacular on earth. He is not an artist that you just listen to: you have to watch him too. As David Foster once said, Hua Chenyu owns the stage.

Welcome to Hua Chenyu! Thanks for the great reaction. Did you go back and read the lyrics? He rearranged a rap song into this mashup of styles to best tell the story. He mixed hard and soft music with hard and soft movements to match the hardness and softness of nunchucks. A master storyteller and performer, shy in regular life, but fearless on stage. If you don't like one song, do another. It will probably be completely different. I subscribed to follow your journey into Hua Chenyu's catalogue.
Great Reaction. I don't even have "Nunchucks" in my Top 50 Hua Hua Performances. It's a brilliant introduction as you get several genres in one. But he genuinely sings everything from Rock/Metal, Rap, Reggae, Broadway, Pop, SynthPop, ballads, Chinese Traditional etc etc. He's also a prolific composrr/music arranger and multi multi instrumentalist. For me he is the best PERFORMER on the Planet. A combination of Freddie Mercury, David Bowie, Prince, Steven Tyler and even a little Bruno Mars or Elton John. 😂 I like Rock so Aliens, Dust in the Fireworks, 7 Personalities, Jackdaw Boy, Flying Conductor. But his masterpiece (which you either love or don't get) is "Fake Monk". He has had hulking men across UA-cam crying at his "Dad I'm home", "Dear Friend" or "I am what I am". He has a SynthPop (Flight Mode) Reggae (Madhouse) and a put down to Social Media TROLLS (Black & White Artist). He has rekindled my love of music as you never know what you will get. Even with songs you've heard by him.. He will rejig it. Best of that is "Codename Contra" (electronic) and "Contra in the Wild" (acoustic). He is also a chameleon with his looks.
