I HAVE HOW MUCH MAKEUP?! My Current Makeup Inventory & My plan going forward..

I am wanting to wrap my head around a lot of things in my life and figuring out how much makeup I am using and buying makeup. My goal is to find balance so in today's video we are going through how makeup I have and my predictions/goals for how much I will have at the end of this year. It's a new series and I am excited to see where it goes!

We are similar in some categories, different in some (I think I have 40 blushes haha). I like having enough that I can "rediscover" products and fall in love with them all over again.

Ah that makes sense! I like the idea of having enough to rediscovering products and mixing things up. I don’t think I’ll ever be a minimalist with makeup because there are so many different formulas to try to use and I love trying them out.

I have a bigger collection and I don't film. Eek! I'm really focusing on lots of project pans this year to try to get some of it out. My collection almost doubled last year and at the end of the year I did an inventory as I had to check myself. I had 250 products at the end of last year. I have about 230 now. I've used up a few things but mostly panning has helped me find things that are expired or don't suit me so I've decluttered a fair bit. On the plus side I've found some things I really love too. I'm on a no-buy this year, but that has been a challenge!

Oh my! Panning is so hard so I understand. Decluttering expired products has definitely helped dwindle my collection. I’m debating doing a no-buy on certain categories but there are so many new products I want to try!!
