Great recipe. I always use diluted marmite instead because it has all the flavour with no added palm oil, maltodextrin & other additives in stock cubes. 😊
I love marmite! I know there are those who don't like it, but you cant really taste that it is marmite in this dish, and it fools them every time 😄 Glad you enjoy the recipe and thank you for taking the time to comment! ☺
I saw this video yesterday and made the roast this morning. I am actually Richard's wife using his account. He loved it, and whilst I am no fan of mushrooms or marmite, I must admit it's really tasty!!

The whole loaf you can get 12 slices from … however I like a good wedge 😭 So two regular slices are around 286 calories in total. Hope you enjoy it! 😃🙌

Are the cashews raw or already roasted ones?
Just the raw ones (plain not salted etc) in the health food aisles. Not the ones that are salted or seasoned in the snack aisles (if you get me) 🙌🙌
