Recipe:
Olive oil on the bottom of dish
3 large chicken breasts cut up
2 bags of Mixed veggies
Handful of onion
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, pepper, & salt
1 can diced tomatoes
Top with parsley
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 min
Layer of mozzarella on top
Back in the oven to melt cheese
Another easy peasy dinner & of course looks delicious…I love your chicken dinners ❤

This looks good! I love you, Kristen! I like recipes that don't have a lot of dairy products in them as I'm lactose intolerant. I might use fresh tomatoes and shredded vegan cheese if I ever get a chance to make this 😁! I'm not hating, it's just preferences and dietary restrictions.

I found these HOT, diced tomatoes at Walmart. Now that puts that bitto spice in your tomato uses. Kinda small cans, but perrrrty spicy. Like you K. Look into it. 🌹
