These are great, but I found the slots in cleat bolt washers, which you have to use, are shorter than standard SPD SL ones, meaning there’s less fore-aft adjustment than there could be if they were the same as Shimano.
Your saddle will likely need to go down if you want to keep the same knee extension with a more rearward cleat position. How much is totally individual. Hope that helps!
