Great news about Centerline pistons that may be on offer; I look forward to results later on. I do wish that I had taken my 86 Veloce to you guys for restoration rather than the one-man-show that I took it to here in Oregon...I would have had way more attention to detail per $1K dollars spent, going by past videos of the VC crew. Live and learn...
Well very kind of you to say. As for the Centerline Alfa pistons. Oh yeah! these are an excellent design. Stay tuned on this one. The motor build is going very well.
Hey, love your videos, just a quick question. If RTV is not to be used, what do you use in its place? I have used RTV on aluminum many times before without issue, just wondering what you recommend? Thanks again for all the information you contribute to the restoration of our Alfas.
Interesting build. Two questions: 1. Why do you call it a Quasi Ti and not a Quasi Ti Super? 2. What is that injections system. (brand/supplier) You think that is available in Europe?
1) we do... kinda. Its just that quasi Ti rolls off the tung a little easier. But it is officially Quasi Ti super. 2) The injector are Spica injectors. The throttle bodies are made buy TWM and are threaded to fit Spica injectors.
Very kind of you to be concerned. Truth be said, we have been extremely busy. We have 71 Alfas in the shop right now and the stress of dealing with that makes for little time to do anything else.
I here you Andy, but just wait until you see it all together with the blood red leather seats and charcoal carpet. The duetto is often considered to be a feminine car ( i don't subscribe to that opinion ) and the design we are executing will ever so slightly "sport it up". Stay tuned and see if you don't agree in the end.
Good to see you back Daron and love seeing the Spica Application on the Quasi. Can't wait to get my '71 GTV's Spica in line for a rebuild.

Great video. .👌
Great video
Thanks! I've missed seeing your clips; the best out there in Alfaland
Missed you guys. Love from the UK. Alfetta GTV6 would be a good restoration! Looking forward top the next one !
Funny you should ask. We just got a GTV6 in from Florida for restoration. I (we) will make a point to film it.
Monday just got a hell of a lot better
I love the gold 14"s with the goodyear polyglas. I wonder how and if that would work on a kam tail spider?

Got to say it buddy , that dash top stitching wasn't such a good idea .
