appreciate the video, for some reason, o none "corner" of the drum head it's loose and not tight like everywhere else, idk whats causing that?

Hey Chris, I'm glad you found the video helpful. It's hard for me to say without seeing it.... But if there are wrinkles in the head you may need a little more tension till they are gone. Try that and if it doesn't sound good I would say to possibly loosen all the tension rods and make sure the head is seated, then go around evenly working back up to the sound you want.
