What type of apoxy or clear coat to use when building a table?

Today the Helpful Home Inspector is sharing his creative side. The table you see in our studio was made by Matt and impresses everyone who joins us onsite. In hindsight, we wish we would have taken video of Matt building the table; however, he will share the process used to make the table a finished product.
