Im in Malaysia. But Qualifying Work Experience can only be signed by Solicitors of England and Wales. So even I passed SQE1&2 I still can’t get recognised by SRA?

Hi Inan. I’m glad these lessons have been helpful. I believe there are exemptions for Barristers but presently, none for Solicitors.

I've got one question but I'm not sure to be at the right place (sorry if not) : today in 2023, as a French person, living in France, do I have the right to buy a property in Great Britain, apartment or house, to live there (without working) ?

You can buy property here, but you would need to get a visa to live here. If you're not planning on working, and you don't have some sort of pension or other passive income, it's extremely unlikely you'd get this visa.
