Yes indeed - Parallel banner is a great step forward for player-friendly banners.
I was so excited for this tier list to see justice done for my girl New Year Celestia, and seeing her at B started to make me indignant. But then I thought back to my own arena climbs. NYC did solo carry me to A rank arena, but it wasn't until I got Parallel Raspi, Epsilon and Beta that I broke top 100 A rank.
B does feel like a reasonable placement for her in that context. Makes me sad. Still goated waifu material.
Hey mate nothing is set in stone. A lot of heroes just got a slot to throw them in somewhere. I'm having an active feedback period with the Discord community on Yanbi's server. She could easily be A, probably still Good.
I think you have multiple accounts too, but mine are very different when playing in the arena. On my main, my 2 melee and Lif are almost always cc'ed from the beginning to the end, whereas on my vip-0 alt, even if they are cc, they 'wake up' quickly after a turn or two. My alt has worse gear, but both accounts have Epsilon and similar-tier heroes. I tried to swap phones but doesn't seem it is related lol. Thanks for the video man!
Gotcha, yes I do have multiple accounts.
There is a lot of RNG when it comes to PVP in this game. Whether a CC lands, whether you sustain the full duration from it, like if you have Grace to immune some turns of it (or wake up). It can be tough, but the whole gear battle to get better gears that CC the enemy is a long battle to win the RNG war.
Why Capricorn is not included in the SSS tier list? She is op when her field is maxed
I'm going over that one with the community in Discord. It's mostly because I did not set a default for Primus, so it's just rated at Primus 0. This list is a snapshot of the heroes seen in the meta, not necessarily how viable each hero is on their own - I hash out those details the best I can after I post.
Im surprised kanna is barely holding on A tier. Shes been good for a long time
She may be moved up to S because of Noble Appearance. There are a lot of edits that this list needs - I haven't finished them up just yet.

Lif is going to be the most available to you - you just need to farm currency in events to buy 30 Interstice Crystals over time. Each major event trader sells 8 for 1000 event currency each.
Idavoll 2s - Moonlight Selene, Cerulean Beast Eik, Wild Rose Volfa are all very strong.
Observers - keep an eye on the Asterism featured reruns, look for Scorpio, Leo, Arquarias, Pisces
The best 2 Alters are Lightning Valkyrie Sanngrid and Moonflower Sortishia.

Vindicator Lif is an icon for the game right now, you can buy her at a 1* once you have 30 Interstice Crystals. You can buy 8 of these for 1,000 currency each at every major Event Trader.
The Observers on the Asterism Banner are going to be the strongest heroes in the meta. Scorpio (Observer Iosprus) has been contender for the strongest unit in the game for over half a year, but she was just reran on the banner, so may be awhile to see boosted rates on her.
Moonflower Sortishia, Vindicator Hel, Vindicator Ymir, Dawn's Light Buri, Moonlight Selene, Lightning Valkyrie Sanngrid would all be good starting points.
Parallel Heroes are the newest archetype, and are often able to target the Celestial race (Observers) in PVP with their Action Skills and passives, and are thus very strong and desirable. Plus the rate gimmick on Parallel banner is very nice for the player.
