    As a 300+ pounder this kicked my ass! I couldn't do burpees but jumping jacks were a good alternative. Thank you. You are keeping me sane during this quarantine

      As a suggestion and this helped me tremendously. Do half burpees. Instead of going all the way to the floor. You can use a weight bench or chair. Place arms down on bench/chair and kick out and back in then reach upwards. You will definitely feel the burn and this will get you going. Hope this helps for you as it has done for me. I was 260 and now at 240.

    I got 334kcals from doing this, but then again i've done this workout video since the first lockdown! So my body may be used to it, but it's still my go-to for a quick cardio blast! Well done sir!

    Been following your workouts for the last 2 months and have to say it feels like a great alternative to the gym now, especially with the lockdown happening again. This workout killed me but definitely going to come back to it again next week and push myself each time.

    Love this style of workouts! I going to put this one in my rotation for every other day on the DB program! I'm 66 years young love working out and kickboxing! I burned 300 calories! Thanks man!

    Thanks for these videos. I include them with the body part I focus on during the day(Shoulders, chest, arms etc.) I lost 85lb and weigh 155lb, and I look the best I ever have at 45.

    Just wanna say thank you for making these videos man. I found your channel roughly two weeks ago, started out with just doing your 27 minute fully body dumb bell work out every other day. Today decided to combine this workout with your intense lower body dumb bell workout and the burn I got is on fire! Definitely looking forward to your 12 week dumb bell workout!!

    Your account is amazing , your workout video style is very beneficial.
    If you can suggest some programs like monthly program. So 5 days a week will be focusing on leg, push, pull, etc.
    So video will cover a full program.

      We offer programs for that. We have a 7-day free program as well. If you're looking to make your own them pick a few that meet your needs and perform them for 3-4weeks then switch it up and repeat the process.

    I started working out last month, then realise i need some cardio so i follow this. Today is my first day, i couldn't finish it without extra rest. Must say this is really intense

    this and the 27 min dumbbell gave me 56 mins of MVPA 430 calories and lots of grunting, wheezing and sweating 😅

    great workout! But after completing it, my apple watch showed that I only burned like 100 calories!!??? Did I do something wrong?

      Hey Ashlee, make sure your watch is on tight. if not the sensor might not function right. I also put my watch on open goal instead of selecting a specific workout goal.

      only a fitness tracker with a oxygen sensor will give accurate measures for calorie burn
