Right? I really like his mod to the original artwork. That blue background on the original was always kinda weird to my eye. Siggi's art never fails to impress though.
Being an old-time D&Der from the 70's to the early 90s, and computer D&Der since. This table has a special place for me, and I need to figure this OTG thing out, and eventually get. By the why I enjoyed your little D&D pop-ups during the video. 🧙♂️
Hell yeah Dale!!! Me too man! (If you look close, you can see I replaced my Captain America books in the background to show off some of my D&D books). Appreciate you watching, bud!
I really need a list for pinball table that used to have special objectives such as safecracker, who dunnit, medival madness, and tales of arabian nights... those types that has features more than collecting prints
"Lets Go!" always enjoyable and always learn something. Can be a hard table to play, hard to setup the back glass properly too. The good thing after watching this, I can go and have a game. Siggis always does an amazing job. So blessed there are so many amazing Pinball Creators out there and there is always something new to play or something to watch. Thankyou!
@@Flatstick Not all back glasses but in this case when you make the grill visible or if it has a built in DMD when you set to visible and it still doesn't show. So for this game in the end I just had to leave it with without built in DMD. Other ones its easy to configure what you want
This new updated table by Siggi looks so good! I've had an older version in my collection and as a kid who grew up with D'n'D (and Gauntlet) this one has been one of those tables I go back to regularly. It is indeed such a unique table among your standard stuff. Huge thank you for going through the rules in detail. I never quite understood when exactly the multiball triggers AND for some reason I COMPLETELY missed that you can raise the magic shields with the magna save buttons!🙄 Makes the game so much more enjoyable when you know that! 😅 Thank you for taking the time to make a vid!
YES!!! I was in the exact same boat, I had NO idea why sometimes my ball drained down those lanes, and why other times it didn't! I also didn't realize that I wasn't putting out Flames anymore after hitting the blue and yellow targets (it was because the blue and yellow target lights were out, and I had to relight THOSE first). Once I learned just a couple/few of those rules, it became so much more fun. It's a great table, I think. I really enjoy it.
After a bit of research, this pin was designed by Ward Pemberton who also designed an earlier Bally pin called "BMX" in 1983. It also has the same Magic Save feature called Flex-save lanes. Keep up the good work Ed! 👊
Love these videos. Since you have an ALP, what do you have your nudge and magnasave buttons mapped to in VPX so you can have both for this type of table?
@@adamcampbell2283 I used the standard Nudge buttons for nudging, and I don't have an ALP button setup for Magnasave. My keyboard is RIGHT there in case I need it, but there are SO FEW times I have ever needed that in-game. It's very rare.
@@adamcampbell2283 Wait - No, on THIS table, because I was working on a video for a table with extensive Magnasave use, I re-adjusted it to CTRL so the Nudge buttons did it! Sorry I forgot about that. I'm 300 videos in now, so I don't remember it all LOL
Thank you for your VID !! I tried to modify the rom to adjust the volume and it doesn't work anymore : when I try to add credits it's like I'm testing sound with a bell sound ; I tried to download again the rom ; to delete the cfg / nvram and registry entry but doesn't work : Maybe you have an idea about how to totally reset dundrag rom please ? thank you for your help in advance !! this table is fantastic ; thanks again for sharing !!!
I hate these video's, every one of them. I wasn't even into pinball and now there an atgames hd pinball standing in my living room. Trying to figure out how to do a pc build for the otg mode next.
The play field is so much more vibrant

@digitalvictory8266 I totally agree on the blue. I'm not sure why they went with that for the original machine.

Curious. What's hard about the backglass setup?
@@Flatstick It was very straightforward to me. I believe this is the one I used: vpuniverse.com/files/file/2620-dungeons-and-dragons-bally-1987/
Well said, Richard! We are truly blessed - they are all amazingly talented.

I have the Nudge Buttons mapped to CTRl; and oddly enough, I use the O and P buttons for Magnasave.
I was meaning which buttons on the ALP?
