hi caitlin this was a beautiful and from the heart video.. life is exacty as you said about enjoying it.. we only get one chance to do this! the fact that you did get up and go out and take your sketchbook with you is a massive achievement when you suffer with depression. i too struggle with these things and day to day life can really weigh you down, and we all know.. how hard it it to be creative when day to day struggles get in the way.. keep going take each day as it comes and remember.. this video has reached people.. and helps people so its all worth it.. ☺👍xx

Often I feel like I shouldn’t make videos because ‘I’m just down all the time’ but I try to tell myself that there’s others like me and we can find strength in each other. I’m sorry to hear you struggle with depression too. Be kind to yourself ❤️ take a breath and sit in the sun when you can. If you can’t always be creative that’s totally okay too. Depression sucks but its not forever (although it might feel like it) and one day we will feel alright again ❤️

I love that you LOVE to adopt and rescue dogs...I did the same all my life...but now...am soo much looking for another Shittzuh...to replace my Lola...just loved that breed...and 12 pounds was so nice...from a 65 pounder German Shepherd...and she was a small one...just different...you can pick them up and carry them...My cat weighs more...14 pounder!
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wanting a specific breed! I just think there are a lot of people that don’t see adoption as an option because they think adoption dogs are not ‘good dogs’. Here in the Netherlands we don’t have street dogs so dogs in shelters are more often dogs with behavioural problems. I didn’t know you could adopt from outside of the Netherlands before anyone told me 😋. It’s always so sad to have to say goodbye to one we love 😔❤️. I hope you’ll find a lovely dog to be your partner again! And if you want another Shih tsu totally go for it 🥰. My aunt has just bought 2 Shih tsu pups and they are so cute!!

Thank you!! Doggo is actually around 40 pounds! He’s adopted and used to be a street dog. So we don’t know his breed but he looks a lot like a border collie but with a curled tail! Take your time to enjoy your art ❤️ I’m also very stressed right now but hopefully I can relax and draw for a bit today
