- A massive purge has occured in Moscow as Sergei Shoigu has been removed as Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation. This is a bombshell move by the Russians which clearly indicates that the war is going poorly, as Shoigu has been minister since 2012. Ukrainian forces are engaging Russians in Kharkiv, and are also inflicting incredibly high casualties across all front lines. Russia lost another Oil Refinery overnight.

Shoigu’s replacement is an economist. Apparently, a big tax, tax, tax shakedown of corporations, businesses, and probably the citizens, is now THE priority. Russia is running out of money needed for the war. Also, I understand that this actually brings the head of the KGB as the real power now. The fact is that Russia mobilized over a million men and is gaining terrain each day while Ukraine's army is on it's last leg, they couldn't find the 500 thousand men they needed and the average age of fighters is 43 years old. The momentum is clearly favour one group and it ain't Ukraine.
If you slow down the video of Belgorod building, you see that on the ground floor there is an explosion emanating out of the building just before it collapses.
@EnforcerMatt Great stream tonight. My Dad served in the mechanized infantry overseas during WWII. He was a Tech Sargent who was assigned a Tank(Sherman). Stories I remember when I questioned him regarding weapons he told me he was assigned a grease gun. The Enforcer mentioned that Tankers were given MP5's but his was the original MP3 Grease gun made by General Motors. Also, Patton carried a pearl handled Colt 45.

You are late on this. The new minister of defense is an economist charged with DECREASING THE COST of the war. Shoigu has hardly been removed from military command in his new position.
yep this shows the Russian economy is not well and degrading. also the Russians are deploying Russian troops on cheapo Chinese golf carts and cold war APCs backed up by cheapo UAVs and drones forward and saving up their tanks ini the back.
The Russians are spending 400 mil to 1 billion USD per day for this war, this is unsustainable for the Russian economy. Also noting the Ukrs hit their oil refineries hard. which impact the Russian economy hard.

The Japanese interment camps in the US were nothing like what the Japanese and Germans did in their camps. The JICs were not easy at times but could be more like camping out in the woods. They were housed in barracks that often lacked running water, heat and most certainly no air conditioning. They were allowed to bring and keep their own personal effects and families stayed together. No one starved to death and torture never happened. They were allowed to establish newspapers, markets, schools, and even police and fire departments. At the Rohwer War Relocation Center in southeastern Arkansas, Japanese American high school students even had their own band, sports teams, clubs, and activities like senior prom and student council.

Most special forces go into ops with a sidearm. There is a use for them, especially in close quarter situations. Also incase of a misfire, used to get to a situation to enable your main weapon to be cleared.

The next question, was he holding back the use of tactical nukes? Is the next innovation for Russian forces the use of weapons that are both less costly from a military perspective and potentially guaranteeing victory. Obviously the cost is much higher than just expense and their use would likely spell defeat not victory.

Ukraine needs at least 600,000 new recruits: It takes approx. 1 year to train a soldier to be a serious defender. As it stands now, Ukraine will lose a lot of land to Russia. The West gives a lot of weapons to Ukraine, but what good is it if Ukraine doesn't have people to operate the weapons they get.

I agree, but the F-16 does have a 20mm Gatling Gun, 6,000 rounds per minute. Controlled dispersion. Really meant for tight air to air but works really great in close air support. It’s no A-10, but they may do this, just look out for manpads etc.

If Ukraine gave notice of retaliation against Moscow itself I would not have an issue with that.
Calling for evacuation first would be the civilised way to go or even announcing targets in advance.
I’ve never been a fan of announcing military strikes or movements. If it helps people sleep better about killing the enemy, then whatever, but civilian deaths are just a reality of war…a war Russia started and supports. When they taste and smell the same destruction Ukraine has witnessed, they might sing a different tune?
