Thanks for the great tutorial! Very clear and easy to understand. I'm from just outside of Montréal, Québec and I could really use some help. My fire stick was jailbroken/programmed by a friend of a friend a few years ago. It was working well until just recently and now it isn't updating and getting new movies. If I want to reset it and download your link and apps, how would I go about doing it? In my settings, under profile is the name of the person who programmed it. Do I need to change that profile and create my own before following all of the steps in this tutorial? P.s. the person who programmed my fire stick told me never to touch/change any of the settings or try to download apps myself, so I'm worried that if I do, I'll lose access to the apps I already have. You can reset the entire firestick and install everything from scratch very simple process just follow my steps
