I know this video was 2 months ago and all but you really weren't RNG carried, The drop for Spirit Wing can be increased to like 5% - 6% with the use of the RNG meter since the RNG meter doesn't reset until you've gotten your RNG drop.

After i got my spirit sceptre i did excactly five runs on f4. Gotta love rng giving me 3 wings in 5 runs AFTER grinding my sceptre.

My ironman has been seriously rng carried, bonzo mask first run, bonzo staff 4th, Full SA and Livid Dagger in 12 runs, and a ss in 22
I spent 11a runs exactly for my scep. My coop also got it in 30
I got bozo staff after 115 runs, but got 3 wings in 19 runs (both Ironman). RNG do be funny sometimes
