- This is a quick little unboxing and first impression of the ILM 3/4 helmet with removable mouthguard and drop down sun shield. its model ILM-726X They do run small so order at least one size up from what you would normally wear. I ordered it from Amazon. I like this helmet because it's not to big and bulky, about 3 1/2 lbs so it's pretty lightweight too.

I got the same helmet in white when I got my X-Class. I took the visor off mine. I only wish it has an inner lens like their other helmets so I could have sun shield during the day and just a clear lens at night. I now also have the ILM-z501 full face helmet but think that will likely just be my cool weather helmet.
That ending made me crack up.
sometimes it kinda resembles to a fighter pilot's/blackhawk helmet hahaha! awesome and aggressive looking!
Update: this helmet fogs very badly. In cold weather you can't put the visor down or it fogs. I can't even wear my glasses with the visor up as they will still fog. The chingaurd gets soaking wet from my breath even with the visor up. So the bottom line is this is not a good cold weather helmet.

No, they definitely run small. I normally wear a large and this helmet fits in an extra large for me.
Great video by measurements of my head my helmet that i purchased O'neal was medium 22.4 /22.8 and it was very tight on my cheeks and jawline and will return it but with this helmet should i go with XL just to make sure i would go with Large but if they run small i don't wanna do one more return
Yes they run very small, order at least one size up. I normally wear a large, I ordered 2 helmets, one large and one xl. I kept the xl and returned the large.

Looks like the face shield is rubbing up against your nose? Someone else commented that that was an issue.
No it doesn't rub my nose, but the mouth guard is very close to my face. It causes fogging issues when it's cold. I have to take my glasses off sometimes. 😫
Thankyou for the video . When ride my e-bike I look over my shoulder. to see what is behind me. Will I be able to do this with this helmet.
Yes you can. Even though my ebike has mirrors I still like to turn my head and look over my shoulder as well as both ways when crossing an intersection.

I would order the helmet one size larger than you normally wear. I wear a large so I ordered an extra large and it fits perfect. There's plenty of room behind the mouth guard, I can even mount a mic there. You don't buy a larger helmet because of mouthgaurd room, you buy a larger helmet so it fits comfortably and isn't too snug.
Nice to see ur new helmet,sir. Please suggest me if my head is 60 cm, tgen it's okay to order L size? Or have to order XL size, sir? If i choose L, does this liner can be exchanged to smaller size to fit this L size into my head perfectly?
I'm not sure how to answer all of your questions, and we don't use the metric system here in the states. But I will say to order at least one size larger than you normally take. Use there sizing chart and order one size up from what it says.

Do you know what size is your head? Bec I just got this on XL but its too small for me, I have a 23" head.
My head measures 22 3/4 and it is snug but not tight.I have more of an oval shaped head if that means anything. Like I said, their helmets run small so advise to order at least one size up from what you would normally wear. Can you send it back and exchange it for a 2 xl?
@@woodtickgreg6926 unfortunately they don't have xxl, but I have reached out they replied that they will send me a xxl liner. Because when I removed the cheek liner it just fits me just fine. I just hope that the new liner works and probably expand a little after breaking it in. And I agree, this really looks badass!
How big was your head when you measured it?
Omg, that was so long ago I'm not really sure, lol.
I want to say 22+ inches. Maybe 22 7/8. The helmet definitely runs small, go at least one size up.
