The TF-2000 is a brilliant destroyer, though represents a completely different age of naval engineering than the T45. TF-2000 hulls are yet to hit the water for the first time, whereas the Type 45s are already undergoing their major mid life refits in which more VLS cells are being added, and the UK are already designing its successor.

The 45s are already being refitted as there were still flaws that were learnt from the Falkland and new missile development that didn't close threat windows that the TF2000 will benefit from.The UK loves and values its relationships with both Turkey and Greece as can be seen by the number of citizens who reside here and have contributed to what it is today as have many.God bless all

TF-2000 is always renewing itself! There is a big difference between the first version and the final version! They decided to place laser guns on the aft and foredeck. So the ship got bigger. It looks like it will get bigger! In addition, the Turkish arms industry is NATO-based, that is, very advanced systems. The aforementioned Type 052D doesn't even come close to the TF-2000!
