Aur dusra batlayiye pesh aata hai ki jab battery ful charge Ho jaati hai to battery input or output donon ka nahin deti yani jab bike chal rahi ho aur battery bhi ful ho to battery se current nikalta hi nahin hai jisse Na to motorcycle ka Horan Sahi jalta hai aur na hi motorcycle ki lights agar bike ko band kar dun yani star na rakho to battery se current aata hai is masale ka hal Bata den ek HAL to yah hai Jo Maine socha hai ki battery se diode lagakar BMS ke bagair output Li jaaye lekin masala yah hai ki vah cut off nahin Karega battery ko aur battery jyada discharge ho sakti hai jisse dobara charge nahin hogi kyunki BMS 8.4 per cut off kar deta hain please help@@FreeCircuitLab

Nice, I just modified 3s40A BMS in similar way. After placing capacitor, the protection is delayed, I haven't tested for how long since the vehicle starts very fast using self. I used 100uF 25V cap. Can't believe a tiny capacitor solved this problem. Huge thanks to you! But main kisi ko recommend nhi karunga ki vo Li-ion battery (18650) ke saath ye experiment kare, vo dangerous hai and vehicle ke andar toh bilkul nhi honi chahiye. BMS ke electronics kabhi bhi dhoka de sakte hain and battery blast bhi ho sakti hai. Maine ye bas ek experiment ke taur ke kiya tha ki kaam karta hai ya nhi and main es battery pack ko different application me use kar raha hun. Agar aap logon ko apni jaan aur gaadi pyari hai toh 18650 based battery pack ko apni Bike/Scooty mein nhi laga oge. Video mein LiFePO4 battery ka use kiya gaya hai jo ki safe mani jati hai. Sirf esi battery ko aap use kar sakte hain Bike/Scooty mein video wala jugad laga ke.

Jis bhi leg mein connect karne se self ho jata hai, us leg mein plus wale wire ko solder kar do. Par ye apne risk pe karna. Wire galat jagah lagne se mosfet kharab bhi ho sakti hai.

You can get 15V SMPS and use 5A CC CV buck converter for charging the battery and connect router directly to the battery. Router can take 16V absolute maximum. I have worked with routers and the main limitation for input voltage is the input capacitor which is rated for 16 volt and be sure to use individual fuse for each router for extra safety. 13.6V is 3.4V per cell which 98-99% charge for LFP battery and is safe for the router too. Router will consume less power in reality around 50% nominal power so expect around 10 hour backup in real case scenario.

Bike self start le bhi sakti hai aur nhi bhi, depend karta hai BMS ki quality aur bike ki self motor pe bhi. Usually uske liye kam se kam 200 A ka BMS lena padta hai. Lifepo4 battery ka pack 4s 2p ka banega jo ki 12v 12Ah ka hoga (agar 6 amp ka ek cell hai toh). 8 cells lena hoga. 4 cells series mein and 4 parallel. 40A ke BMS ke saath bike self start karne ki koshish karna, ho gayi toh theek hai nhi toh jaisa video mein modify kiya hai vaisa kar sakte hain.
Peak current for bullet is 145 amps. Hence BMS should be able to handle atleast 160~170amps peak current.Also battery cell used should be minimum 12 C or more.
Dada mein 20 Ampere wala BMS use kiya hu but uska circuit thoda different dikhta hai to isliye mujhe samajh me nahi araha ki delay ke liye capacitor kaha lagana hai.

BMS positive me cut nhi krta hai. Negative me cut krta hai. Bypass karenge to battery ki protection nhi rahegi

BMS ko modify kiye Bina ham diode se bhi kar sakte he Jo current ke back flow ko rokega.
Ye diode se mumkin nhi because current flow bahut zyada hai. 200Amps ki baat ho rahi hai. Normal diode kaam nhi karega ya phir lagate hi aag pakad lega.

Nhi, jitna bhi laga lo bike start nhi hoga. Bike starting motor lagbhag 200 Amps leti hai toh 60 Amps ke BMS se kaise chalega, aap hi batao?

But diode 1 side hi current flow hone dega . Tumne discharging k liye diode lagaya hai kya , agar esa Kiya hai toh bohot Sahi hai. Discharge diode se hoo jayegi or charge BMS se 👍🏻
But 1-2 diode or laga do parallel me jis se jyada high current ki wajah se diode blast na kare

Bhai mere paas Royal Enfield Classic 350 bike hai aur uski battery 12V 14Ah hai. Lifepo4 ki mai battery banana chahata hu. toh usake liye mujhe konsa BMS lena chayiye taki bike selft start le sake. Please bataye. Thanks.
Bike self start le bhi sakti hai aur nhi bhi, depend karta hai BMS ki quality aur bike ki self motor pe bhi. Usually uske liye kam se kam 200 A ka BMS lena padta hai. Lifepo4 battery ka pack 4s 2p ka banega jo ki 12v 12Ah ka hoga (agar 6 amp ka ek cell hai toh). 8 cells lena hoga. 4 cells series mein and 4 parallel. 40A ke BMS ke saath bike self start karne ki koshish karna, ho gayi toh theek hai nhi toh jaisa video mein modify kiya hai vaisa kar sakte hain.
Peak current for bullet is 145 amps. Hence BMS should be able to handle atleast 160~170amps peak current.Also battery cell used should be minimum 12 C or more.

Dada mein 20 Ampere wala BMS use kiya hu but uska circuit thoda different dikhta hai to isliye mujhe samajh me nahi araha ki delay ke liye capacitor kaha lagana hai.

But kabi bike galti se Gear me ho aur self dab jaye to, engine ko start karne ke liye jayda current battery se khichegi aise me highly chances hoga ki MOSFET jal jaye..
To. According to me ...aisa kuch arrangement karna hoga ki self Press karne ke saath hi external MOSFET se bhi kuch current ka distribution ho ... Aur inbuilt bms ka MOSFET jlne se bach jaye..
Sahi kaha, jab self key press karte hain toh (sirf us time ke liye) bike battery se directly connect ho jaye (bypass bms), release karne par disconnect ho jaye. But ek hi problem hai, thick wires lagane honge. Ya phir delay off switch, jo on hone ke 5-10 second baad auto off ho jaye.
Bms ke main negative supply aur battery ke main negative ke bich agar diode laga de to ??? Usse bike self start bhi hogi aur overcharge protection bhi milega kyuki reverse current nahi jaega
