Sylvester - Dance (Disco Heat) (Moz Morris RazorTrax Remix)

I have a drive full of tracks that I want to “do something with”! Beat correcting everything in Ableton is VERY time consuming so I have been experimenting recently with a couple of features in Cubase Pro to cut down on the time needed to prepare tracks for remixing & editing!
This is the product of of my first experiment. I worked on it in Cubase initially and then flew it into Ableton to tighten it up a bit more. But instead of my usual every beat on beat approach I only needed to do the occasional multiple beat corrections through the track. Mostly it was full bar corrections.
Once exported from Ableton locked to 134bpm I got to work using the Arranger track in Cubase Pro. It was a challenging track to restructure as if you know the original it wasn’t really mixed with a mixing DJ in mind. I took it apart, did a lot of edits, cut out some flab, made more of the more musical parts, created a proper intro and outro that makes it friendly for DJ programming too!
