- In this video I got a workout pulling in some big ol red river channel catfish. Its may 27th at the height of the pre spawn and these fish are HUNGRY. Thanks for watching everyone.

Nah not much of a tournament angler. Best of luck to all the guys competing though!

Haha, that’s awesome man! I’m really glad I could help push you back into fishing. I think it’s a fantastic hobby to waste money on 🤣 . Happiness is a priceless commodity. Lockport is a dream trip for me, I need to get a passport so I can go up there.
@@TheRiverAddict you’re right, it is! I even went to Cuba this winter and caught a bunch barracuda, and some other species. Just got back from the Whiteshell for northern and walleye. Gotta get on the Red this week. Lemme know when you get that passport!
Hard to make comments about how you handle catfish when I'm sitting in my living room not catching anything! Looks like a good day, thanks for sharing. I'd love to see your carp fishing setup and methods sometime.
Haha, thanks man. I just started getting into carp fishing last year actually. I think next week is going to be the week I try for them a couple times.
I am in Fargo for work I’m from Texas I would really like to get on some fish without loosing a lot of tackle where are some good spots I can fish
Could try lions conservancy park or heratige hills in south fargo. Those spots where creeks or other rivers run in are usually a lot less snaggy then dams

You must live in grand forks with all the theft going on? I've had more stuff snatched there than anywhere well I should say I've been ripped off 4times there and never anywhere else.
