Debates are not perfect, job interviews aren't either, that's why campaign season is long. Sometimes though, sometimes you prove you cannot do the job during a debate. Palin did it, so did Biden.

But performance 100% is an important part of being not only the president, but also the commander in chief of the United States. When there are diplomatic talk with foreign leader, performance matters. When there are disagreements between the legislature and the executive, performance matters. When there are serious doubts in the administrations leadership, performance matters. Joe did not do a very good job last night with his performance, and while that doesnt mean that he should immediately give up, lets not act like performance isnt important for a president of the United States of America

Joe has actively voted against the popular opinion of his constituents for over 40yrs. That's the opposite of democracy you know. The legislation is a vague outline at best for what they WANT done.
