And good review, brother. I know Chris is thrilled to see his knife and sheath featured for the third or fourth time in videos and/or posts on Facebook. #CLYHCK !!
From what I gather, a lot of knife enthusiasts love both but prefer 3V due to it's rust resistance. A2 will rust pretty quick so it needs to be maintenanced more often. It's more suited for dryer climates.
the steels do not even compare. the dwbc is a safer knife to use. no chance of hot spots or cutting yourself on the blade due to a shallow choke up choil. i believe the dwbc is easier to control for smaller tasks as well.
Awesome, I have the Bark River and I believe your observations are spot on. One day in the future I might have my own DWBC to compare them, but I have a feeling I will come to the exact same conclusions.
Great video Doug. Nice to see you change it up some and get outdoors. Great looking knife and sheath! Keep the videos coming! Bob
Doug.... We really need to team up on a Full Sheath Video soon. Since New Years. I have been crazy impressed.
DropForgedSurvival I am onboard with that. Just let me know what you are thinking man.

Excellent video Doug. Love the knife (probably my next BRKT) and an awesome sheath. Would you recommend the Survivor over the JBA?
I usually round off the very end of the blade at the choil (maybe 1/8") with a diamond sharpener to protect the finger
Funny stuff bro,, good video
I do like kydex , but I like the leather sheath that came with my Bravo Survivor
Keep em coming
Man I kinda miss my survivor
In your opinion A2 steal or 3V. What’s the difference ?

LOL" steel has come a long way in the last two, three hundred years" Magnacut over here ( hasn't been out ten months)
Great review Doug. How does it stack up against the DWBC?
