The late 1950's and 1960's Paramount cartoons were shown on Nickelodeon's "Total Panic", "Cartoon Kablooey" and "Weinerville" back in the late 1980's/early/mid 1990's. As far as know I know that was the only time (and places) these cartoons were ever broadcast.
If those Paramount cartoons ever come back on television, I think it'll have to be Nickelodeon who will air them because it's owned by Viacom, who is also Paramount's parent company.
Malek Masoud Paramount/Olive Films Needs to restore and put these 60’s cartoons out on DVD and Blu-Ray along with The Terrytoons cartoons(Mighty Mouse,Heckle and Jeckle, and others)
Plus the remaining Paramount shorts are split between Universal and Paramount depending on the package and the characters. In this short's case Paramount owns this one
At least Paramount was experimenting with their animated cartoons towards the end of their theatrical run.
The music from this short ending up later being used in Hal Seeger’s Batfink
