Easy Nectarine Jam Recipe

This Easy Nectarine Jam recipe uses just 3 ingredients and no pectin. There's no peeling the nectarines so that the natural pectin and fibre is maintained. This nectarine preserve is literally summer in a jar and incredibly delicious. This small batch recipe makes 4 x 230 ml (8 oz) jars and can be water bathed if preferred but is shelf stable as written.
You could also make this into a Peach Jam recipe by using peaches!
