@@nurulizzah6248 Generally, tomacher bag is used for sample preparation. But in this video, I didn't show any sample preparation. I just explained the procedure of pour plate method. That's why I didn't use stomacher bag in this video.
Removing the media from the water & pouring into the plate the bottle neck should be flamed in order to avoid contamination.
