I have a question, I recently got a hearing aid and for about a week I can't hear the low sounds, what is the problem?

@@VirtueHearingAidCenter I mean a person with a short voice or understanding has a problem when somebody talks to me like when we are sitting in a group or when grandma talks to me I don't understand
