Unless you're a Stone Cold, Rock, Undertaker, Hogan, Shawn Michaels and you’re so over with the crowd that the creative personnel are forced to include u in the top storylines and matches, this business could be so backward and could be psychologically debilitating. Your success is literally in the hands of other people in a sense (writers). Think about any other business or sport, it don’t matter who you are, if u perform you will be rewarded. Not saying Jinder was that good, more just a thought on the business in general. A guy batting .300 in the major leagues is not gonna get taken out of the lineup and a guy batting .150 is not gonna be in the lineup. In wrestling that happens. Such an unorthodox business in that sense.
And there is the reason why Jinder is unemployed. He was told by a writer that his in-ring career is over and he took it on the chin. There are so many wrestler in wwe roaster. Its difficult for them to put everyone spot light. Half the show was occupied by blood line. Then more than 1 hour whole show for divas.
So I had a friend, I've known him since we were kids. We ended up joining a band together. My friend would pitch the absolute worst ideas at all times. We would deny all his ideas and he took it personally. No matter how many times we tried to tell him that it's nothing personal, it's just that his ideas don't fit what is the band is doing, he couldn't fathom it. He would take it personal every single time and it would eat away at him. He just literally refused to believe his ideas were bad and instead believed that we were just jealous of him and that we didn't want to give him credit. I see this in Jinder a lot. Just because your heart is in the right place, doesn't always mean your vision for something is a good one.
Great guy….reinvented himself and got to the very top. But because that was at a time when a lot of wrestling fans associated wrestling (in particular) WWE as being at a serious low point, he’s going to be tarnished with that. He is a great guy, great look…but I don’t think he’s a ‘great’ wrestler. He had a decent run…I don’t feel he should have regrets. How many guys can say they were WWE champion? I dont dislike the man, but the wrestler ? Jinder was a midcard player at best in my opinion. He was a demographic champion, to cater to the Indian fans.
Always said the issue wasn't putting the title on Jinder. It's how they did it. At least with JBL he'd been in the midcard and could cut a damn good promo. Jinder until then had been a boring jobber pretty his entire WWE run, and even in the funny 3MB group, he was the least interesting. If they'd actually built him up to be taken seriously instead of having him not even win on the Wrestlemania kickoff show a month before he was beating Randy bloody Orton for the WWE title, people wouldn't have rejected it. All because Vince suddenly decided he wanted to reach out to the Indian market. Combined with boring matches, hardly being in main event segments (the AJ/Owens US title segments were,) it was doomed to fail. Then when he actually started to grow as a performer, they lost interest. Bizarre.
It's clear WWE fumbled the bag with Jinder. His time after being WWE champion could've been a good chance to build him and keep him as an upper card heel.

They just have such a huge roster people fall through the cracks
And there is the reason why Jinder is unemployed. He was told by a writer that his in-ring career is over and he took it on the chin. I would have been furious and went to somebody that actually mattered. Bruce Pritchard, Triple H, anyone and said how can you discuss my future without my presence in that meeting...
Get furious about your diet first
He knows his body better then a writer so why would he quit?
@@BalkanManic Big-brained genius makes a shaming comment about someone else then expressing whatever thoughts about this video. I wish I met you in person...
He said he was pitching ideas in this interview. This is happening to most of the roster since HHH took over but no one wants to talk about it.
@@martinfabian2744 im in michigan hmu ill come see you pssy
WWE used jinder for indias massive wrestling market, ending up not working end of the day if there is no money generated they won't keep you. But recently the rock segment, people loved jinder, he is a bad ass hell with this look.
Its clear that the writers are incompetent and want to hide their lack of skills by squashing good ideas
It’s a shame, he got on the juice and looked like a million bucks and they didn’t give him any push. He would make a great Middle Eastern heel but the WWE doesn’t have any “All American” baby faces to do a program. The program with the Iron Sheik v Sgt Slaughter was epic.
@@radicalstanza3614 they don’t give a F who they give the belt to deserving or not, it’s all about who draws money. A Middle Eastern heel versus an “All American” type of babyface always draws big and he fit the part.
Crazy to think Trips of all people would not let Jinder have 6 man tags on the main roster considering the great booking Triple H has been doing
I feel bad for indus. Sanga the thunder was cool in NXT
Punjab Prison was one of the Worst Ideas EVER.
A continuation of the idea from Taker vs Khali. Both pretty shit
Dude doesn’t get that he was was used. WWE needed an Indian Champ because they were expanding into the Indian market. That’s all he was.
Not using Jinder's ideas explains why Wrestling is not appealing to the older crowd.
They call guys up way too early all the time. This was a prime example. Then they call them up and don't continue to help them along. Nobody gave a damn about these guys and it wasn't their fault. They just weren't ready.
He honestly could've been such a good baby face.
Really underrated.. wwe never saw indian wrestlers as anything serious. They always destroyed characters deliberately. Although a huge number of wwe audience is from india.. thats really unfair.
I know this a step down but I could see him signing to MLW, be the Leader of Contra and make him the biggest star there.
Jinder Mahal is the guy
He deserves so much better, man was on mic toe to toe with the rock. Former world champion. We also know how Wwe is developing its indian market who are HUGE supporters of the brand.
Major fail
It was great to see my countrymen, or teen boys, flipping off after his release. With the way the roster is, there is no place for him.
Jinder came back to wwe on new years day never to be seen again.
I only seen this guy once and he is definitely a star heel. But WWE is hellbent on being crap and using UA-camrs instead of real wrestlers with promo skills
I didn’t get it either tbh! Gave him the biggest push he had the new duo way better than the twins had the world fooled
Oh, the Real reason why they just kicked them out because they wanted to form a new Indus Sher in form of Bloodline 2.0...
This is one thing that I dislike about the Triple H era. If Vince did one thing right, it was not always listening to the internet fans. H doesn't seem to grasp that part yet.
There's no reason you have a guy with intense aura like Mahal, and you don't have a place for him because that spot is given to a flippy shit guy.
Guess he's in a position to where he's ready to find out "who tf is Hook?" 😅
I'd have liked to see him with some good midcard feuds.
His physique was best in recent timea.
I feel like as soon as the realized they weren't gonna be able to make bank on the Indian market they completely threw Jinder aside. Which to me feels like just a waste of someone who had more potential.
Aew is a place he criticized but is a place that gives people exactly what he's talking about
Someone needs to start a Canadian wrestling promotion and sign this guy to be the face of the promotion. Why? He's Canadian, for one, and two, a babyface wrestler of Indian descent would make that promotion a hit in India as well.
there are a couple of Canadian promotions but these are indy feds.
Respected how he can back and reinvented himself. Put the work in, and could have been a great heel. Great foreign heel vibe about him. Jinder as US champion would be PERFECT! All the feuds he could’ve had smh. Wasted
Except he didn’t take it personal.
@@jmiyagi12345 Maybe he did, maybe he didnt. I was just pointing out that it seems very similar to me.
Let's be honest he's the worst out the 50 when he became champ
Jindar mahal ❤
Great guy….reinvented himself and got to the very top.
But because that was at a time when a lot of wrestling fans associated wrestling (in particular) WWE as being at a serious low point, he’s going to be tarnished with that.
He is a great guy, great look…but I don’t think he’s a ‘great’ wrestler. He had a decent run…I don’t feel he should have regrets. How many guys can say they were WWE champion?
His stock should be high in other federations
He should join his cousin campaign Singh in TNA. New desi hit squad.
I don’t wanna see Jinder wrestle it’s just not my interest. It’s just him. I dont care for him or his character.
Only one I miss in the ring was The Great Khali, but he’s not performing anymore.
Or what if he told them that he’d like to stay to help put over any new wrestlers? That’s a WIN-WIN option. 🤷♀️
I like the WWE with triple H but I do not agree with how they did Jinder
Bro not gonna lie they used him so bad he's generally one of the nicest wrestlers outside the ring he deserved better
He should have got another world title run
I dont dislike the man, but the wrestler ? Jinder was a midcard player at best in my opinion.
He was a demographic champion, to cater to the Indian fans.
You’re a mook😒
Oh shut up ya mook😒
Bizarre.
Hoping he gets signed to TNA, so he can align himself with both Mustafa Ali & his cousin, Champagne Singh.
That would be awesome.
It's clear WWE fumbled the bag with Jinder. His time after being WWE champion could've been a good chance to build him and keep him as an upper card heel.
Always two sides to the story-he must have pissed off somebody senior.
He never was over outside India, maybe
Don't hinder Jinder
Jinder to TNA!!
They’re trying to hinder jinder😔
Jinder deserved way better
where's the communication within the company? Sounds like there's not a proper structure backstage? why isn't Talent relations relating to the talent?
You injured Seth Rollins 😂😂😂
