Commodities are flat, crop protection and fertilizer are creeping up. Equipment prices have risen 20-30% in the last 5 years. Combines are astronomical, any rate controller implement is up substantially higher, be it a sprayer or seeder. This isn’t sustainable. Some X9s in Canada selling in auctions at $500,000 to $600,000. This isn’t a 10 year business cycle, this is a failure of North American manufacturing.
In Brazil, that farmer who would love to have a $300,000 John Deere tractor can easily buy a China made piece for 45,000-$60,000, easier to repair and easier to buy. No US dollars required and Brazil and China make it easy for transactions to occur.
I’m 52 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.

bitcoin does not pay any yield but will reward you with growth that you can't find in any other asset class
