Parents are unable to access their "reimbursements" tab. There is a pop-up that tells us to "select a payment method" even if you already have one selected. So you update your account like it tells you. You try it, it doesn't work. You wait a day or two and try again... still doesn't work. You wait 2 hours on the phone.... their solution doesn't work. You wait an hour to talk to a chat agent, they don't have a solution either. And now my "ticket" is lost somewhere in the void. So there are thousands of parents who qualify and have their scholarships funded, but they are shut out of the system.
My account status says "complete" and when I click it says "eligible" and when I go to the MY students tab, it says "awarded" and there are zero funds available. So I am wondering which it is...eligible waiting verification, or awarded and waiting funds. I've recieved no E'mails about it, and the e-mail I sent was never responded to.

I can't log into scholar shop and I can not get a live agent on phone.
