Gained a lot of respect for Momo this episode, her character development has been great. She's always had an S tier quirk, but just lacked the confidence and quick thinking to really fully utilize it. I like that she came up with a plan too that is similar to how Midnight would go about taking out Gigantomachia, which is sedating him.
I get why you might have forgotten because it was all the way back in Season 4. The reason Mina froze is because she recognized Machia(rather his voice because he was wearing a huge cloak at the time) from back when she was in middle school and Machia approached two other girls to ask where a hero agency was(can't remember which one) and Mina came in and gave Machia directions to a police station instead. Kirishima was there that day too but he froze. All of that tied into the episode in Season 4 when Kirishima fought Rappa
When the bullet went towards Aizawa, the background turned black to show that what we see as viewers is in slow motion, but in their case, the bullet was too fast for them to react. It makes sense that the other two people who were with Aizawa couldn’t stop it. I don’t blame anyone for not dodging that.
man this is honestly getting annoying. why is this so hard for people to understand? when you watch any show you are watching a story being told, not a literal live video of something. why is it so hard to understand that time works different, especially in anime.
@@wumbowyatt2300 Sadly, in Japan, it comes on at a time when children can see it, so they have to censor it. If they ever made an uncensored version of the show, I would literally buy both the censored and the uncensored version. A definite "shut up and take my money" moment lol
You guys forget that class 1B was there when the training camp was attacked by villains so this isn't their first encounter with villains just the most intense

Hope you guys realize shigaraki flicked that bullet faster than a actual gun most likely. They just showed it in slow motion. There was no time for rock lock or manual to jump in front. None of them could react in that split second.
Machia was in his base size in Mina’s flashback. He has a quirk that allows him to grow his body larger keep in mind he’s still somewhat human. So his normal size would be closer to a normal persons.
Gigantomachia actually has 7 Quirks. (OG) Endurance: Converts morale into physical energy and stamina Pain Blocker Gigantification Dog: Super hearing and smell Energy Saver: Needs minimal food or sleep Fierce Gains: Harden Muscles Mole: For digging and hiding
None of the heroes are faster than a bullet lol, they were trying to pull him away but he couldn't pull his injured leg. Also Rocklock is the reason Eraser hasn't blinked, without him they'd all be dead.
I think there's definitely some dramatic irony that the guy who Erases people's quirks is now in danger of losing his own quirk. But also, can we talk about Compress coming in with the clutch assists lately? Man has been going crazy with the support This episode was Shigaraki going Plus Ultra. We saw a lot of heroes going beyond their limits in this arc. Mirko, Hawks, Endeavor, and many others. But this is Shigaraki's moment to push past his body's limits and go beyond. Even as the damage accumulates without his quirk, he remembers his dream. He remembers why he's fighting. He remembers his origin. And that's all the motivation he needs. Because no one was there to save him, hero or civilian, because no one reached out to him, he became who he is today. He was taken in by the worst man imaginable. And now he will reach his own hand out to the world and decay it down to the roots. Until the whole system that's full of rot and maggots has been crumbled to dust.
Y'all super don't understand bullet time in anime do y'all? The bullet literally shot and hit as everyone was reacting (although I could understand the confusion with the way the scene was shot). Deku shouting out for Aizawa happened just as the bullet hit him. We can guess that Rock Lock and Manual *started* to shove Aizawa out of the way just as Ryukyuu said 'Deleter,' but with the speed that _we saw_ Shiggy display earlier and the fact that he only needed to move his fingers to shoot the bullet, the fact that Rock Lock, Aizawa, and Manual had moved _that much_ is actually kind of amazing.
What does it matter what kind of expression he's got? He can't act like he's enjoying the show? It's not like they're actually watching someone get hurt or killed.

The only downside of this episode is that they censored Deku's smash, he broke Shigaraki's jaw in the manga

In the manga the Wyoming smash does a lot more damage to shigaraki. They censored it in the anime but originally it nearly takes his jaw off.
