I really appreciate your awesome videos/tutorials. Thank you Sir. I have a question about the TACT tab. I’m not seeing it at all like in your examples. I’m not getting pick attack and other parameters showing up too. I’ve tried everything I think. Any suggestions? Thanks
Hey man, thanks a lot! In the latest update, Hydra 2.0.3, there are a few changes. TACT is gone, but the pick attack is still there-it’s just renamed to Extra Attack. They’re basically the same thing. Hope this help, cheerssss !!!

@@avoider707 I asked them if they're working on it and they said they were, that was about year ago so hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer.
Wow, that's good news. I hope they update their strum engine or at least adopt ample sound or musiclab realguitar series strum engine. It's not perfect but it is better than the current hydra strum engine. Like lower/higher velocity not only affected the strum dynamic but also affected how many strings are strummed
I cant get the palm mute to be audible and heavy when there is a kick drum. I know how to mix, it just sounds like these guys didnt record the palm mute samples with high velocity picking. I use power chord palm mutes even for single string riffs but still it doesn't cut through the mix. It sounds like its closer to sustain articulation if that makes sense. I tried increasing the palm m articulation volume and still it is not there. They have this tightness knob there but all it does is making it more choppy with less release. Real guitar sounds great with the Gojira plugin though.
Yes, Hydra palm mutes are not great, still usable but not great, especially in a fast riff that uses palm mutes, I cannot describe what I mean but I agree with you man. I'm often sidechaining the guitar to the kick to make the palm mutes a little bit better in the mix
@@bitkaster Yes, that's exactly what i mean. They are usable in choppy breakdowns but a palm mute between sustain notes doesn't sound good. A trick would be to layer just the palm mutes with a different vst or use a different amp like you did on your layering video.
Love these videos. Keep them coming.
Bro's pics are on an acid trip😂

@@bitkaster totally agree the riff engine in ample sound is dope but they spund dreadful. I'd love a riff engine in shreddage.
Alus euy 👍
