2023 Music Educator Award Recipient Lauren Fladland

Congratulations to Lauren Fladland (Metro Mix Chorus), recipient of the inaugural Sweet Adelines International Music Educators Award. “My students ultimately led me to the organization, and I continue to sing not just as a model for them but because this organization represents lifelong singing,” she said in her acceptance speech. “ I’m honored, and I look forward to many more years of singing in the barbershop style with Sweet Adelines.”
