The whole ICC theatre from a month of speculation on whether an arrest warrant would be issued or not, to Netanyahu putting on his best “ I’m innocent & we’re just defending ourselves” rendition, to the mafioso letter sent to ICC by some of the US senators, is ALL a show to quell some anger and appear to be doing something, all the while ignoring established laws ( that would relate to occupier & occupied) to appease Israel lobby and to also make it look like it is just Netanyahu & Gallant who are the baddies without taking into account the entire rotten Zionist apartheid system
After Gaza and the blatant disregard for example to the UN, ICJ, ICC, UNHRC, UNICEF, UNRWA and UNSC the Western Countries demolished the "Rule Based Order" and "International Humanitarian Law." I hope Israel is worth that for them…

Much of this was predicted by the late professor Zeev Sternhell, a Holocaust survivor and Israel’s foremost authority on fascism, who explained in his 2018 essay titled “In Israel, Growing Fascism and a Racism Akin to Early Nazism” that these fascists “don’t wish to physically harm Palestinians. The ICJ is a more political body than the ICC, merely based on the simple fact that actual countries like South Africa are party to the ICJ petition process, whereas the ICC warrant process is strictly governed and initiated by actual lawyers. So when Karim Khan is excluding accusations of "genocide" from his warrant applications, it is probably because he is a less politicized and less activist actor than the South African government.
The ICC also exists for the purpose of addressing crimes against humanity. Israeli settlements in Palestinian territories are crimes, but they are not crimes against humanity or acts of war; they are petty crimes. The ICC would therefore not in principle have the domain to issue arrest warrants in response to the settlements.
The West Bank situation is a crime but not against humanity? What is it against, dogs, cats and birds? So to you killing 500 people from the West Bank since October 7 and demolishing some of their houses and the rest being stolen and occupied by the same settlers that killed the real owners is a petty crime? You are out of your mind!!
