    You always make me really appreciate how much light can impact gameplay, I'm a painter and light is always such a signifier of reality for me. The zone keeps some of that magic.

    Wow! It's the little touches that really make the scene. That looks great. I'm curious what that does at night, with lightsources... well done.

      Not much at night, but you can expect flashlight light bouncing around rooms.

      No, this is not RT. It's just an artistical approximation to keep performance.

    Big fan of the indirect light, not so sure about the AO though, for example at 0:33 it makes things look too dark.
    IL is a big win though.

      I'm still working on the AO... Still, you can adjust the intensity of the AO and adjust everything to your taste.

      If you're already using any AO solution, you can add this one at 1/4 rendering resolution and the performance will be ok.

    Can you give me all list the mods what you using pls?
    I am play anomaly gamma, but i can not have img like you, mb i must off some default mods gamma?
    For SSS i on all ultra setting

      This is Anomaly with ES and Atmos, the rest are just weapons and some QoL addons.

      Can I use GTR with you mod?
      I just installed it together, but puddles not working I think problem can be with parallax, and if I use it together I must use only SSS terrain upd or parallax from GTR or I can use this together?

      and is the punk at all "Terrain update" it is possible to increase the drawing range, because I use the summer pack, and the drawing itself is very noticeable.
      Because I tried to solve it with settings_screenspace_TERRAIN.h.
      But there are no changes for some reason :(

      @@raider9046 You can use GTR, but you need to open the file `settings_screenspace_TERRAIN.h` and uncomment the line `#define TERRAIN_GTR_COMPATIBILITY`

    Nice, this is one of the biggest upgrades yet. Will make Anomaly much more playable in terms of visibility. GSC should really think about hiring you, great work!

      Not even ray marching, this is just an artistical approximation with good performance... It's similar to a typical AO shader.
