Ebony said the only thing that matters in this court is her opinion. That is fraud that is a felony. The only thing that matters in court is common-law and if you are not using common law then you are breaking the law. There is no such thing as having Court lawfully without common law no matter what they make you sign. They cannot lawfully make you sign your rights away either
it's arbitration, and both sides have to sign a waiver that they will abide to what the judge says. In most court shows, the producers actually pays the judgement.
