Hum: When Women Lead ; Book Launch

UN Women India is delighted to commemorate International Women’s Day on 12th March, marked by the unveiling of a Coffee Table Book that highlights the transformative stories of women leaders in India. ‘Hum: हम | When Women Lead’, supported by the Ford Foundation, showcases 75 stories of change, led by women from across the country. The book offers a fresh take on women’s leadership, highlighting their journeys as something continuous and evolving. Aiming to kickstart this much-needed conversation on women’s leadership in India, the event will see the official launch of the book, along with a photo exhibition and an opportunity to listen to some of these women leaders, followed by lunch.
