I have a credit score of 703 right now and I’m looking to buy my first house. I’ve been in the same field for the past 2 years and my income has increased. However, I now learned I don’t need to put money down to buy a house. My only thing is, I want to buy a nice house and rent the other rooms where I can make passive income because I’ll be starting med school in August.
By the way, I’m a licensed real estate agent in FL, but I’m no longer there. I just passed the state exam and never worked a day in real estate since I obtained my license last year.

You can’t… It’s all clickbait. You’ll have to pay for SOMETHING. Banks are here to make money. If it’s not the down payment, at least you’ll have fo pay for closing costs ( appraisal fees, inspections, legal, title company, bank origination fee, all that jazz). You can’t sign for a 30 year mortgage like you would sign for a car…

First off. How did he get a credit card with an over $2,000 credit limit with bad credit ? And no he didn’t get a house with no money, he had to have that $2,000 from his credit card. Very misleading. People click on these videos because they have no money and bad credit which means no qualifying for a high limit credit card to borrow against.
So if I’m understanding this correctly. I need to find a desperate enough fsbo preferably one with tenants already living there. And pay for it all with a credit card that I’ve overpayed the premium on? The tenants cover the taxes and stuff. But then I have to keep working to pay for upkeep and the credit card bill? Am I getting all that right?

My credit score is 657 and the bank said they add a risk to that which takes my score down to 620 and they denied my loan application. I was trying to become a first time home buyer. But credit karma has me at 657 and 655. So I don’t understand that. No one told me that banks do that. I have been working hard to improve my credit score and it’s a slap in the face to see the bank lower it 37 points.

Interesting video. Got a situation where I know of a decent house, bad situation happened there. Double murder. Property is considered a nuisance since July 2019. I know the owner personally. Used to rent there. Older woman, deceased husband. And the property is just sitting. What approach should I take to take over the property, remodel it of course and possibly live there, rent it or sell it. Need a little consulting. Credit is not good and working with about $1-3k to available at the moment. I own my own business.
That's a dangerous situation, with renovations theyre are always hidden costs and the carrying costs of the house, while doing renovating will drown you, with no tenants to cover the costs of the home.
Things to think about
1. You'll have to get the home significantly under value
2. Youll have to make sure the numbers work with after repair value and what costs itll take to get it there as well as what income you'd be able get with tenants
3. You'll have to take a big loan, if you can get one.
Your best option would be to partner up with someone and make sure you run your numbers and make sure it would be worth the time and effort.
