Exactly. Not everyone is cut out for this job. There’s lot of foodie wannabes who won’t even dare try 1/3 of the stuff sonny tries. He drank raw blood and ate raw meat with a tribe for crying out loud.
I’m a pilot for 20+ years. I have been to over 70+ countries. I have tried roasted pig from Mexico, Central & South America, Africa, Middle East (Israel), Asia, Polynesia... But I have to say, Philippines makes the best roasted pig.

This got me missing the Philippines so bad, one thing that I love about are it's people. They treated foreigners as guest offering them the best food, services and company. They always smile and crack some jokes. Food which will remain as my favorite is the Dinuguan my friend let me eat it with rice. Right after clearing my plate he told me that has blood!😲 Nonetheless, it was tastiest blood I've ever eatent. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

ramosity + the umami coming from the chicken and seafood is really strong. It'll blend the inner part of lechon resulting to an awesome roller coaster of flavors bursting out when you eat it.

I haven’t tried a lechon with seafoods inside like crab and shrimp/lobster. When I get a chance to go home for holiday, gonna try to roast a pig with crabs, lobsters, sweet corns, mussels, chickens, etc. (All in one cook😂) plus different kinds of dipping sauce; perfect for boodle fight with family and relatives. [Eat moderately as a joke-it’s anti-aging foods- if you eat a lot, your age will stop(HB etc. Dead!)] Its not complete without rice, fruits, vegetables, kinilaw, different drinks... what a lovely celebration! Hope this COVID-19 will end so we can go home for holiday.)

James Felicidario No, I mean I usually hear people say “Kamusta ka?” Or “Kamusta po.” I’ve never heard anyone say “Kamusta ikaw.” So yeah... I don’t think you know what you’re talking about. “Ikaw” is typically at the front of a sentence- not in the middle, not at the end.
Another thing may be that my family speaks a different language than yours. There are thousands of Philippine languages. Naturally, they have their differences. My family is from Cavite and Bataan.
