Can Burn-melt Make Freminet META? ~ Off-Meta

Freminet is know as one of the most underwhelming characters in Genshin Impact, so to change that, I built him and put him into a Burnmelt team to try and unlock his full potential and make him meta by beating the Spiral Abyss! (Because that's what Off-Meta is all about!)

Burn-Melt? Lionfish! (Freminet x Gaming ft. Collei and Xinyan!)

His only problem is the ICD of his skill. If his skill didn't had ICD - he would be cracked. Currently, because of the 3 hits cooldown between hits, his melt rotation won't hit the big numbers until the second E, and his third E won't melt at all.
