    I took 1 year to be able to make my first splits! I'm not that young, I'm 27 years old, but I'm glad I could do it through 5x/week yoga

    I took 21 day to have my left and right split but the middle split not yet it's more harder than I expect and so much painful but I'm always proud of the results, I'm 21 years old by the way

    It took me 2.5 years of daily stretching! But I'm old lol started at 25. Currently 27.

      I'm also 27 and it took me 1 year .. This is not a fast process as we can see both os us hahaha

    It takes a long time to build up type 3 collagen in your muscles especially as an adult.

    It's such a good improvement in a week people usually do it in 1 month if they are taking it so seriously 🦋🌷

    I already know how to do the splits so I don’t really do stretches about it but congrats! U learnt quickly

    It took me 13 weeks to do a split

    You are elastic to middle split
