@@alocasvlogs7031 well the thing is the song is about the haters and olivia. haters send her death threats, saying that she and josh don't belong together and stuff. when she said "you can try to get under my skin" she said that the haters can't get to her even if they continue. she's not letting herself down because of the hate. the line "while he's on mine" is also towards the haters. they don't want them to be together. they don't want him to be "on her skin" but he is. they're together.

I feel like the song isn’t towards olivia, obviously it surrounds around Olivia but I think it was more about the haters that tried to tear her down about this whole situation. Like she said, she was letting people get under her skin and it bothered her and she wrote out her feelings just like how Olivia wrote out her own. and I’m sure there were parts where she was solely really talking to Olivia, like the end when she said she hopes that they can laugh about it later. I don’t think either girls were wrong, I think the most important thing is communication and healing and just truly understanding each other and their pov.

Haha this is not Disney's work, this is called media training and all celebs will have had it, because the press also has some tricky strategies to obtain news (and sometimes 'news') from people, so to me it's just acceptable that she does this, because she has to have some control over them. :)
Definitely! All Disney stars go through media training because interviewers will take advantage of kids to get information they’re not supposed to have and manipulate narratives to make a literal child look bad. They’re taught how to handle social media too. I’m sure she has had more media training since then, but she seems to also be a very mature and classy person as it is so I’m sure they didn’t need to train her too much.

My bbg getting the recognition she deserves sucks it had to be because of pointless “drama” but she’s worked so hard. That she should take this as an opportunity. She’s being very kind about it and not trying to continue drama. Like she said her piece like olivia did, with the thing they know the most, music. People are SOO sure that it's about Olivia that when she tries to explain it, all they hear is 'she's trying to avoid it.' In reality, (in other interviews) she clarified that it's about several things. To me, it seems like she wrote about multiple things that 'got under her skin' but the lines addressing Olivia are the ONLY lines that were super specific; most ppl highlighted those lines & ran with it. As far as WHY she was the most specific about Olivia?...its because that's what was going on at the time - it was fresh & she wanted to be as transparent/authentic as she could in the moment.*
She said in an interview with Zach Sang that the “blonde” line means she believes no one meant any harm, so she’s not holding it against Olivia or blaming her for the hate she got, it’s not supposed to be interpreted as a clap back to DL. People stop twisting her words!

Im glad she's getting noticed because she deserves it but why is she the one that is getting asked about the drama. She was probably upset that she was being referred to as "the blonde girl" after working so hard for her name to be out there and work on so many projects, i would be mad too if i was in that situation.
